If explicitly requested we can provide the relative number of CITES for the animals that need it, if you want the invoice you must specify it when ordering.

All corals are sold with the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) system, so you buy exactly the coral that you see in the picture.

All corals on the site are REALLY available for sale, after purchase the coral will no longer be viewable in any section.

Registration is not mandatory, you can still purchase the items on the site.
By registering you can receive the news, take advantage of all the promotions that will periodically be made and the purchase procedure will be much faster.

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Shipments of corals or other animals will be made exclusively on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday, unless otherwise agreed, in order to guarantee the arrival of shipments before the weekend.

Shipments of dry goods only will be made from Monday to Friday.

When you place an order a confirmation email will be sent automatically.
When your order is shipped you will receive an additional email containing the sending data and the related tracking number, provided by the courier, which will allow you to monitor the progress of the shipment in real time.


  • Credit Card - PayPal: payment made through the PayPal system using your Credit Card or your PayPal account.
  • Bank Transfer: by choosing this payment method, the informations for making the bank transfer will be displayed in the order confirmation email which will be sent automatically. The shipment will take place only after verification of payment which must be made within the next 24 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.


Coral Zone is not responsible in any way for any damage caused by transport delays attributable to the courier. When you receive your shipment you must check:

-that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

-that the package is intact, not damaged or altered. If, at the time of delivery, the package shows obvious damage to the packaging, please accept the package but when you sign the document you must write in the space provided: "I accept with the right of reserve".

In cases where the customer accepts with reserve, please inform Coral Zone by email, attaching a photo proving the damage suffered within 24 hours of receiving the package.

In the absence of any communication, the goods will be considered delivered correctly.


Live animals cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal for dry goods is exercised by sending a written communication within 14 days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to "Aquarium Zone di Gelsomino Denis & Rizzi Enrico snc, Corso Battaglione Aosta, 38 11100 AOSTA - ITALY" .

Dry good must be returned new (never used), perfectly intact (fully functional, not damaged or dented), in its original packaging (if the package has a seal, this must not be broken, missing or tampered with) and complete with all integral elements (instructions, cables, etc ...).


In case some of the livestock arrived dead or is missing, Coral Zone will replace (same species and / or size) or give you a voucher(free code) of the same amount to be used in your next order.

The replacement or the voucher will be made only after you have sent, within 12 hours after receiving the animal, an email with pictures of each coral/animal in water, as well as a picture of each coral/animal laid on the lid of the box you received it in.

Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be charged to the customer. The voucher (free code) can be used only on livestock/dry goods and it can never be used for the shipping cost.


The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products (not live animals) that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number on the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, Coral Zone will restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reduce the price until the contract is terminated. The Customer must send the goods to the Aquarium Zone in Corso Battaglione Aosta, 38 11100 Aosta (AO) - Italy. In the event that, for any reason, Coral Zone is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its Customer, Coral Zone may proceed at its discretion to return the full amount paid or to replace it with a product with characteristics equal or above.
